DELIVERY: Orders are processed and shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays via United States Postal Service or Spee-Dee Delivery Service, Inc. We only ship within the 50 United States. We accept United States currency in cash, personal first party checks (payable to: MN Emu LLC, 24200 Fairwood Lane, Nevis, MN 56467), VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also accept debit or check cards with either a VISA or MasterCard logo on it when you fill out our receipt form and provide a VALID telephone number. Returned checks or credit cards will be charged a $40 Bad Credit Fee in addition to the original amount of the transaction. If not paid in full delinquencies will be forwarded for prosecution. REFUNDS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO CASH REFUNDS. Exchanges or Merchandise Credits are only possible for unopened items with a receipt of sale from the original purchaser. Once the seal is broken no product may be returned unless it is defective. GUARANTEE: The purity and safety of all our products is guaranteed to you until the safety seal is removed or broken. Product faults MUST BE reported to MN Emu within 10 (ten) days of receiving your purchase. We cannot and do not guarantee product results since we do not control the manner, the method, the cleanliness, the handling, application or other factors that may degrade product or contribute to problems, ailments, maladies and/or injuries. All products should be protected from exposure to heat over 105° F. Lotions and shampoos should not be frozen. Failure to protect the products may result in early degradation.
